1 /5 Lam Vy Từ đầu tôi mong muốn cho con học ở ILA, nhưng trải nghiệm đầu tiên của tôi rất tệ. Tôi cảm thấy mình không đc tôn trọng.
Thấy quảng cáo ILA ở zalo, tới khi đc 2 bạn nhân viên tư vấn thì thông tin k giống nhau, tới khi book lịch test trình độ thì tôi và con gái tôi chờ đợi 1 tiếng vô nghĩa và không một giáo viên nào test trình độ của xon tôi.
Tôi đến đúng giờ, trước khi đến còn được tin nhắn nhắc từ bạn nhân viên lúc 18:20, chứ không phải 1 tin thông báo dời hẹn hoặc cảm phiền sẽ đợi lâu. Tôi đã tưởng là một trung tâm có tiếng, chuyên nghiệp . Nhưng tôi lầm. Tệ!

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at ILA Diamond Island. After seeing an ad on Zalo, I reached out in early May 2024 for course information, only to face a series of frustrating miscommunications from the sales team regarding class availability for my daughter.
Despite these initial hiccups, we scheduled a testing appointment for May 17, 2024, at 6:30 PM. We were reminded by text to arrive at 6:20 PM, which we did, only to endure a long and chaotic wait. After being told to wait for another student to finish their test, my daughter was given a balloon at 6:45 PM and crayons at 7:00 PM to pass more time. At 7:20 PM, we were informed that the teacher was unexpectedly unavailable and had to wait even longer. By 7:30 PM, after watching the teacher leave without conducting our session, a sales staff member finally admitted another teacher would come but couldn’t specify when.
It’s disheartening to see such disorganization and lack of professionalism at a well-known educational institution. My daughter was excited for her interview, and it was upsetting to watch her enthusiasm fade as we waited without any clear updates. This experience was not only a waste of time but also deeply disrespectful.
I hope this feedback prompts ILA Diamond Island to make significant improvements in managing appointments and communicating with potential clients to avoid such disappointing experiences in the future.
